The Old Village School - Our Excellent Facilities
We are very proud of the facilities on offer at our Home, and we encourage anyone interested to come and visit.
Our Facilities include the following:
- Single bedrooms, tastefully decorated, with mostly en-suite facilities. The rooms are fully carpeted, comfortably furnished with controlled central heating and 24hour emergency call system, television points and patio doors.
- Own personal items are encouraged, subject to available space.
- Separate bathrooms available with hoist, hydrotherapy baths and emergency call system.
- Spacious dining rooms.
- Large comfortable lounges, with televisions.
- Resident and visitor kitchenettes.
- Hairdressing salon.
- Activities room.
- Physiotherapy Room.
- In-house laundry room.
- Library with large print books.
- Passenger lift.
- Regularly maintained landscaped gardens, with seating areas for residents to relax in. Garden extras include a water fountain, beautiful shrubs, flowers and trees.
- Large modern kitchen, for home-made cooking, fresh produce meals and a varied menu.
We are located in the beautiful village of Marston Moretaine. There are some excellent local amenties on our doorstep, including:
- Local village churches within a 3 minute walk.
- Public House, Restaurant, Shops and Post Office within 200 yards.
Further Facilities for residents to enjoy:
- Visitors are welcome any time of the day.
- We have a non-restrictive, happy, relaxed atmosphere throughout.
- Designated smoking areas.
- Payphone available, or a personal phone can be organised.
- Safe, offroad parking for residents' guests.
